Re-checked every hour during USCIS hours

The case for letting us watch

Three reasons people stop checking USCIS by hand.

Set up my alert

When your case changes, you'll know within the hour.

We check your priority case 70+ times a week during USCIS hours — and every other case daily — notifying you by WhatsApp, email, or browser, in Spanish or English.

Stop refreshing the USCIS page.

We check it for you more than 70 times a week. We only message you when something actually changes.

Don't rely on someone remembering to tell you.

Hourly monitoring during business hours, WhatsApp alerts, and a plain-language explanation of every status change.

We watch your case so you don't have to.

A paid service that re-checks USCIS for you and alerts you the moment your status changes — track up to 10 cases. The free case check above is always free.

Priority case, every hour

Pick your most important case for priority monitoring — re-checked every hour USCIS is open, 70+ times a week. Your other cases are checked once a day.

Any USCIS receipt I-129

Up to 10 cases, any visa

Track up to 10 cases at once — work, family, asylum, naturalization. If it has a USCIS receipt number, we can watch it.

Received Approved

Only when it changes

No daily noise. You hear from us only when your status actually moves.

Alerts are best-effort: they depend on USCIS publishing the change and on our automation, so they may be delayed or, in rare cases, missed. Always verify important updates directly with USCIS. See Terms →

Built differently — on purpose.

Four commitments we make from day one, and won't trade away.

Official USCIS API

Case status comes from the U.S. government's Developer Portal under a formal integration — no scraping, no workarounds.

Bilingual from day one

Everything in English and Spanish — product, support, policies. No bolted-on, second-class translation.

Your data stays yours

We never sell data or share it with marketers. Delete your account and your data is gone within 24 hours.

Independent, not USCIS

Startup58 LLC is a Wyoming software company, not a government agency. We track your case — we can't file petitions or give legal advice.

Three steps. Zero busywork.

You give us your receipt number. We do the watching.

  1. 01

    Add your case & subscribe

Enter your USCIS receipt number and subscribe. Works for any visa type. No SSN, no A-number — nothing USCIS doesn't already use.

  2. 02

    We check USCIS every hour

While USCIS is open (Mon–Fri), we re-check your priority case every hour — 70+ times a week. Your other cases are checked once a day. You never refresh anything.

  3. 03

You get notified the moment it changes

As soon as your status moves, we alert you by email worldwide — plus WhatsApp or Telegram where you use them. No change, no noise.

Frequently asked

The honest answers.

Nothing here is marketing-speak. If you don't see your question, write us at [email protected].

When does TrackPetition launch?

TrackPetition launches with our official USCIS Case Status API integration — targeted Q3 2026. Join the waitlist and you'll get one email the day it's ready.

What's free, and what's paid?

Case monitoring — we watch your case and alert you whenever the status changes — is the paid subscription. It runs on real-time data from the official USCIS Case Status API and launches Q3 2026. Joining the waitlist today is free.

How often do you check my case?

Every hour while USCIS is open (Mon–Fri), and twice a day on weekends and holidays. You never have to refresh anything.

How will I be notified?

By email, which works in any country — plus WhatsApp or Telegram where you use them. Email is the default, so you're covered even where messaging apps are restricted.

Are notifications guaranteed?

No — they're best-effort. An alert depends on USCIS publishing the change on their systems and on our automation and delivery, so it can be delayed or, in rare cases, missed. TrackPetition is a convenience tool, not an official channel — always verify important updates directly with USCIS.

Which visa types do you support?

21 USCIS case types — employment, family, work permits, travel, TPS, citizenship, investment and more. If your case has a USCIS receipt number, we can watch it.

Are you affiliated with USCIS?

No. Startup58 LLC is a private software company. We are integrating with the official USCIS Case Status API as a developer, but we are not part of, endorsed by, or speaking for USCIS.

Can you file petitions or give legal advice?

No. We track existing cases — we cannot submit applications and we are not lawyers. If you need legal counsel, please consult a licensed immigration attorney.

What do you do with my data?

We use it to provide the service and nothing else. We do not sell data, share it with marketers, or use it to train external models. See the Privacy Policy for the line-by-line list of what we collect and why.

Can I delete my account?

Anytime. From Settings, in one click — data permanently deleted within 24 hours. Or email [email protected] with subject 'Data Deletion Request'.

Does it work from outside the United States?

Yes. The product runs over the public internet — you can check your case from any country. The Privacy Policy covers international transfers via Standard Contractual Clauses for EEA users.
