Accessibility Statement

Effective date: May 30, 2026 Last updated: May 30, 2026

1. Our commitment

Startup58 LLC is committed to ensuring that trackpetition.com (the "Service") is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe access to immigration case information should be available to everyone, regardless of ability or the assistive technology they use.

2. Conformance standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and to align with Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act. These standards explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

3. Measures we take

Accessibility is built into how we design and build the Service. Measures include:

  • Semantic HTML structure with logical heading order and landmark regions.
  • A "Skip to main content" link for keyboard and screen-reader users.
  • Full keyboard operability — all interactive elements are reachable and usable without a mouse.
  • Visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
  • Form fields with associated labels, placeholders, helper text, and inline validation messages.
  • Status and result updates announced to assistive technology via ARIA live regions.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Color contrast chosen to meet WCAG AA for text and interface components, in both light and dark modes.
  • Responsive layouts that reflow to small screens and support browser zoom up to 200%.
  • Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting — animations are reduced or disabled when requested.

4. Compatibility

The Service is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari) and common screen readers. We test against recent assistive technologies and aim to support the two most recent major versions of each supported browser.

5. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Accessibility is an ongoing effort and we are continually improving. Known areas we are actively working on include:

  • Third-party content or links we do not control may not meet the same standards.
  • Some case-status text is provided verbatim by USCIS and rendered as received.
  • Newly added features are reviewed for accessibility before and after release; if you encounter an issue, please tell us.

6. Feedback and contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of trackpetition.com. If you encounter a barrier, or need information on this site in an alternative format, please contact us:

  • Email: [email protected] (subject line "Accessibility")
  • Company: Startup58 LLC
  • Mailing: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States

We try to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days, and to propose a solution where reasonably possible.

7. Formal approach

This statement reflects our good-faith commitment to accessibility and to continual improvement toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA and Section 508 alignment. We periodically review the Service and update this statement as our accessibility work progresses.
